Dihirod Dyfed (S4C)

Based on the book by Bethan Phillips, this gripping historical drama tells the story of Wil Richards of Cefn Coch, who found himself on the run after a fateful confrontation on a cold November night in 1868 near Trawsgoed. The production, filmed at Glynhir Mansion in 2004, recreated the tense atmosphere of one of West Wales’ most infamous manhunts.

Natural History Of Wales (BBC)

Renowned naturalist Iolo Williams visited Glynhir Estate as part of his BBC series Natural History of Wales. Set against the backdrop of the estate’s 200-acre countryside, ancient woodlands, and walled gardens, Iolo documented the diverse ecosystems thriving within Glynhir. From rare bird species nesting in the historic outbuildings to native flora flourishing in the untouched meadows, the estate provided a fascinating glimpse into Wales’ natural heritage.
